When KNOWing and DOing are the drivers of your behaviours and actions, you are acting from a place of limiting beliefs. These limiting beliefs further create limiting thoughts and lead to acting in ways out of tune with your authentic self.

Author Bio
Kerri Brock is the creator of Ophealia Grace (OG).  OG is an archetype for healing through the power of feeling, hence Ophealia Grace.  She wanted to create something that gave people the power of journaling guided by our strengths!  She wants people to "pheal" empowered to achieve their dreams and desires by seeing themselves in their strengths. 
She is a Social Marketing Practitioner and Career & Life Coach and all things Positive Psychology.  A mother of a pretty fantastic adult woman. A human to a hound named Happy.

Experience Body Wisdom


We are hardwired as humans to experience our negative emotions more frequently and intensely than our positive emotions. This negativity bias shows up in how we see ourselves and can create limiting responses to your life experience. This journal holds the space inside each page to see yourself against the backdrop of the VIA Character Strengths.  When you choose to see yourself in your strengths, you can then embody the sensations of your light and develop a deeper body-wisdom and awareness.

How It Works

The Let Yourself BE Journal is a 30 Day Challenge using the VIA Character Strengths. The VIA framework includes 6 virtues and 24 strengths. Each virtue or strength will guide the daily activities so that you can practice BEing in your strengths and become the most integrated and aligned version of yourself.

​You will notice that woven into several pages are designs that you can colour to bring about a deeper state of reflection. The act of colouring is a meditative and soothing movement. Use these artful moments to reflect on how you want to be and how you’ve been through each day.

Two times each day, a Morning Reflection and an Evening Recollection, steal a few moments and feel what it’s like to BE in your Strength.
​

​There are three questions for the Morning Reflection and three in the Evening Recollection. These daily moments are framed around a virtue or character strength that you choose to practice BEing that day.  Steal 5 - 10 minutes each day to work with the questions. 
​

Use the questions in the morning reflection to set your awareness for how you want to BE in that strength for the day. Use the questions in the evening recollection to note the insights gained from practicing BEing in that strength.

Step 1: Select a Virtue or a Character Strength for the day. (Note: Descriptions are within each section; you can follow the journal chronologically or randomly select a strength in the moment).

​Step 2: Initiate the Morning Reflection by answering the three questions of each strength. Take 5-10 minutes each morning to write down your awareness for the day in the spaces provided.
​

Step 3: Initiate the Evening Recollection by answering the three questions of each strength. Take 5-10 minutes each evening to write down your awareness from the day in the spaces provided.

Step 4: Integrate through reflection and action and take the day's learnings to embody how you feel and think about BEing yourself. Colour in the pages.

​Step 5: Store the thoughts and beliefs that emerged from each reflection and recollection. Use this stored memory to create a new belief about yourself. Colour in the pages.
